Generation 4 - Chapter 1
Okay, I was going to be mean and make you wait to find out what Maura had, but being mean is the ghosts' jobs. Marisa is giving Clay a piece of her mind for letting his wife give birth in the kitchen while he had a meal behind her in the dining room. 
And as Dorian picks up the baby from the floor where Maura left it so she could make herself a sandwich, I will take the opportunity to introduce you to the newest member of the Cavanaugh clan. Clay and Maura's first born is a girl with red hair and green eyes, and they decided to name her Lahela keeping with the tradition his grandparents started by giving the first born daughters Hawaiian names. Lahela means "Innocent Lamb" in Hawaiian. 
Continuing with the night of a thousand ghosts, right after Marisa scared Brady, another one (can't remember who) flew into the lamp and scared Lucy (hiding behind the fridge). These ghosts are relentless! 
I'm not sure what happened with Lucy, but I was higher up and saw her gaping hole open and thought it was funny. 
Clay tried to make up for missing the birth by giving Lahela her first bottle. 
That night, as Clay and Dorian were out watching the stars, someone got a strange feeling and then was surrounded by a blue light. Just who was it, you ask? 
Why, it was Clay! Clay was the chosen one for the night. 
Maya being the knowledge sim that she is, was the first one there to witness all the action. 
Clay then got this strange sensation of being lifted off the ground, and sure enough, he was. The aliens were taking him up into his ship! 
You gotta love the faces they make. 
The family gathered around after Clay had disappeared and weren't sure what to do with themselves. How long would Clay be gone? What would he be doing up there? 
They tried to go and do other things, but what could you do at 2 in the morning while waiting for the heir to be returned to earth? Eventually the space ship came back and the family heard it returning and they all ran out to the street to greet Clay as he returned. 
Clay dropped out of the space ship and appeared to be okay. 
That is until he fell face first onto the pavement. I've been told he looks like a dead frog. 
The space ship stuck around after they dropped Clay off, maybe to check and see if he was still alive. I don't know. 
Just looking at the faces he made was so funny. 
And here it looks like he just remembered what happened to him. 
And then he was either embarrassed or ashamed. But we also heard the same lullaby that chimed when Maura got pregnant with Lahela. Maybe he's just now realizing that there is an alien baby on the way. 
After the space ship left, Clay passed Dorian who could not stop laughing at the events and Clay with his typical greeting. 
You know, isn't it enough that he was abducted by aliens and impregnated? He has to be scared now, too? Stay tuned for the next chapter when we may see another baby born.Next >>>

But first, we need to get this out of the way. No, not the elder lovin. 
Brady knows his time is almost up, so he wants Lucy to know how much he loves her. 
You know, I just told him to make out with his wife and I love that reaction. 
And this will be the last kiss they share here on Sim Earth. 
Enjoy that smile because we all know what comes next. 
Grimmy has come for Brady. Unfortunately, he was in the green so he didn't get a platinum urn and he didn't even get the hula girls. 
Witnessing her husband's death has traumatized her. "I will never love again." I know this isn't my Dawson legacy with all the movie stuff, but what movie does that come from? 
Brady disappeared in front of Lucy's eyes and left an urn before Grim left the house. 
Poor Lucy. Her only ally in the house is gone and she has to fend for herself. 
After Grim left, Lucy took Brady's urn to the mausoleum and told him she would be with him soon. 
Uh oh, looks as if someone doesn't get enough sleep. Dorian came home from a hard day's work and collapsed onto the ground into a deep sleep. 
Lucy wanted to call up her friend Joe because she needed to bring her social back up, but he wasn't home and she got his answering machine. She's just not having any luck, is she? 
I'd like to call this picture the beginning of the night of a thougsand ghosts. Leilani is the first of three ghosts to show up tonight and do their thing. 
Here's Tony. He's handsome as a ghost, too, isn't he? 
And then right through that window is his wife, Marisa. They are out in force tonight. 
Tony wastes no time in getting the party started. His first vicitm is his daughter-in-law, Lucy. 
And then we have Marisa scaring Maya. She wants us to think she liked it, but I don't think she did. 
Aww, bump is getting bigger! That means the baby will be coming shortly. 
Maya managed to take a shower and had just made her food when her face fell. Darn ghosts deplete all their needs. I managed to wake her up and make her eat. 
When Tony got her. Too bad she's been wanting to see Remington's ghost and not Tony or Marisa's. 
On Maura's way to make herself something to eat, she finally went into labor. 
At least one of the men in the house were playing attention. Clay didn't even notice and went off to the dining room to eat his meal. 
His kid was just born and he still didn't notice. What's up with the men in this family? 
Maura, in her makeover outfit, holds up the newest edition to the Cavanaugh household. 
And the newest edition inherited Maura's red hair and green eyes. Finally another color besides blue!
He we have Dorian Kautcher-Cavanaugh after his makeover. He's a Sagittarius and his stats are 1/6/6/8/4. His turn ons are swimwear and brown hair and he dislikes custom hair. He's a knowledge sim with a lifetime want ot becoming Chief of Staff. He's also got body, creativity and cleaning maxed. Say hi to Dorian everyone. =) 
Brady is telling Maura he wants grandchildren. He has a suggestion, but she likes it the old fashioned way. 
Maura joined the family and got a job in the military field and brought home this, so we can add this to the family's inventory. 
Dorian fits in quite well, doesn't he? 
He's not the first in the family to make Lucy cry. Poor Lucy. 
It looks as if playtime in the spa produced the bump of generation 4! 
Clay is one more skill toward reaching his lifetime want of maxing all skills. Here he is maxing out mechanical I think. 
I'm not sure what happened here, but really does it matter anymore? This family hates Lucy and all they do is slap her around. 
And make her cry. 
Here's a tip, if you have six people in a house and everyone hates just one family member, keep your eye on that family member. This is what happens when you're off doing something else and not paying attention to that part of the house. 
Maya can fight all she wants though because 
Lucy has almost full body points and Maya doesn't have any. So we know who won that fight. 
With all the fighting in the house, it sure is nice to see a couple so in love. 
One of my favorite things about Nightlife are the heart bubbles. He sure loves her. 
Well, our favorite mean ghost is out and started her scaring. Poor Jan, she just came home from work with Maya and didn't do anything. 
We can tell by the red doodad that she's not a knowledge sim. This won't be the last time she's a victim of one of the ghosts. 
Hey! Dorian's got a playful side! 
I was off in a different part of the house and noticed that he was taking a very long bath. And this is what I found when I went over to see what he was up to. 
Sigh, I sure am going to miss Brady. Unfortunately, this will be the last time he does this. But check out that fancy car he arrived home in. Must be nice to be a Freelance Web Designer. 
Not again. 
I come back from showing Brady a little love and I find his son beating up his own mother. 
We all know the ending to this fight, right? Brady has no body points and Lucy ends up flooring him and winning the fight. Stay tuned to find out in the next chapter if Maura finally has her baby.
