Generation 4 - Chapter 3

Last we left off, Clay just gave birth to the family's first alien baby, the new heir, Draco. Lucy has attached herself to Draco now hoping to get another ally in the house. Will she make it to see him become a toddler? Will he get a good inheritance? Oh, Remington, I told you to leave people alone. Remington got Clay as he was looking at the stars...and maybe the aliens, too. Don't be too excited about being scared by a ghost. You never know what could happen. I know it's hard to tell, but the max out skill icon is just disappearing. Thanks to all the nighttime star watching, Clay managed to max out his logic skills as his grandfather floated by him. And Remington attacked again. After his last scaring, Clay's needs dipped, so he had to go into the kitchen to get something to eat. But then, after Remington scared Clay, I tried to click over to Clay's icon, but I couldn't. It took me a second before I finally realized why. Oh no! He couldn't get that food made fast enough before Remington came calling again. (Pay no attention to the dirty bottle) And what comes after a sim is crumpled in a heap on the floor? Yep, Grimmy. He wasn't supposed to come until it was time for Lucy to go, but it seems he got called down early. Thank goodness Maura was home so she could beg Grim to save her husband. Not only begging, but pleading and groveling for Grim to spare Clay. Luckily, Maura picked the correct hand and Clay's life was spared. In your face, Grim! Ha! Really, Maura. There's such a thing as a sore winner. Try and keep it down a notch so he doesn't come back for you early. As Clay was lifted back up into the world of the living, Grim warned Clay to be careful and watch out for the ghosts. Sigh, Clay, keep it down. Don't celebrate too much or else Grim will change his mind! But, he got his Saved from Death want, yay! Awww, these two are so cute together. =) Less than 24 hours later, Grim showed up at the house again. This time he was here for Lucy as she was about to join Brady in the afterlife. "Hey, I got a couple grains left. You're sure it's my time?" I don't know why Lucy is fighting Grimmy. Everyone in the house hates her and can't wait for her to die. She should have yelled at Grim for taking too long to come and get her. But she went peacefully, afterall. Unfortunately, she died on the same day as Lahela's birthday. It's a bitter sweet occasion. The family will always remember this day. Only because Lucy's urn is in the picture as Lahela is blowing out her candles. Let's watch as Lahela spins into childhood and out of the toddler years. Yep, she's really got the Cavanaugh nose, but she's still a cutie. Too bad one of her fears as a toddler was the death of a relative because she didn't have time to get over it before transitioning. So she grew up badly. Let's hope it doesn't affect her later in life.

Bye bye, Lucy. You'll be happier in the afterlife ... and maybe some revenge is in order. MWAAAHAHAHAHAAA!

Whoo, Clay definitely got lucky Maura was home! I doubt Lucy would have bothered. *snicker* I’m so going to miss Lucy!! :-( “Hey, I got a couple of grains left.” *giggle* OMG!! I’ve never seen a Sim try to turn the hourglass before!! That was PRICELESS!! ROFL. Oh, Lucy, the house is going to be so boring without you! *waves goodbye to one of her favorite Cavanaughs* Did Draco get a good inheritance?

Poor Lahela. I think even just growing up in the gold, let alone lower, will make skill building harder. And I’ve heard rumors how they transition affects how long they get to live. Poor sweetie. *comforts Lahela*
