Generation 3 - Chapter 25
In our last update, Brady, the Generation 2 heir, became an elder and the legacy house went through a major reconstruction and renovation. We start this update off with a pillow fight! To celebrate the new house, Leilani and Remington have an old fashioned pillow fight in their front yard. And who do they run into during their fun, wonderful "always there" Goopy. "Out of our way, Gilscarbo, or you're next!" "What? Huuuuh? I was just here to see Brady and he suddenly got a phone call he had to take. Funny, I never heard the phone ring! You must have one of those silent ringers.." So this is what the house is like when the kids are at school. I can't wait until I retire, I can sit around all day. The elder years just drag on forever! The day seemed to drag on forever until finally the kids came home from school. And look who stopped by as well! Why, it's Brady's old fling, Meadow Thayer. "Did I ever tell you about my first woohoo? Too bad it wasn't with you!" "DAD!" Um, Brady, your son is standing right behind you, you might want to watch what you say. And here are Leilani, Sophie and Napua all crammed into the master bedroom tv room watching a little tv. I seem to remember building a spacious living room complete with a tv and couches which nobody ever uses. They don't seem to complain, so I'll let them be. That little tv room isn't only used for tv...it's also the kissing room! Here is a newly aged Brady with his lovely wife, Lucy, after a hard day on the job. She's still got a couple years left before she becomes an elder, so he'll have a hotter younger wife for quite a while! After the adult/elder makeout session, the perfect child, Clay, came over to his mom to ask her to teach him how to use the medical surgical station. "Hey, mom, how's about we go over and see what we can pull out of the dummy!" Lucy agreed to teach him and off they went to the front yard to start the lesson. "Wait a minute...what is this? Is this thing defective?" "Ew, mom! That's gross and smelly!" "Ohmigosh! Do you know what this is? This is a hamburger! Do NOT eat this, I'm calling the manufacturer!" "So you see, Clay, this is the right way to do CPR. And when you are doing this procedure, you are supposed to say, 'Breathe, damn you, breathe! Don't you dare die on me!' Can you remember that, sweetie?" "Mom, does CPR mean you have to kiss the person, too? Eww!" "So this is where the phone went! I am writing a strongly worded letter to the company who made this mannequin!" With the lesson being conducted out in the front yard, the elders were currently occupied in the house. Leilani and Remington were taking up space in the kissing room. And Brady was having a breakdown. Ok, he wasn't having a breakdown, but he was having a hearty laugh at a painting he came across. Just what painting was he looking at? "I can't believe I ever wore that outfit!" He's laughing at a painting that he was in! Maybe he is going a little crazy. The following day Maya maxed a skill on the plant thingy. Clay, the perfect child, has already maxed that skill. Now it's not a competition, Maya, but your cousin is more skilled than you were when you were his age. No pressure, just letting you know. I've heard some of the benefits of the noodlesoother, so I thought I would try it out to see if it worked. So Lucy straps on the trusty soother right before she hops into the carpool. Yes, I'm sure Brady would still want to kiss you if he saw you wearing that. He's been a bit randy lately, I don't even think he would notice it! Once again, the elders are in charge of the house and they can do as they please. Leilani tracks down the mailman to talk about her children and how well they are doing in school. It seems Sheldon would much rather talk about the weather. "So how about all those hurricanes the south is having. Those are something, huh?" We'll just let them talk to themselves while I try to bust out another chapter. More stuff happens later on, I promise.

Those elders are very cute to watch. It's like ... "The Secret Life of Elders" or something. Hehe. The elder couple in the house is fun ... it's so nice to see a couple happy in their golden years. ;O) Are they going to have an anniversary party?
Sheesh, Clay really does like to suck up there, doesn't he? ;-) Another fun update! I love the whole front sitting porch, where they can watch the neighbors in comfort. *g*
